     Agak riang gumbira saya pada hari ini hehehe.. Manakan tidak? Terjumpa la pulak 1 page yang amat best giler! Pasal ape? RESIPI MASAKAN! OH MY! Terasa nak try masak sume resipi yang ada (giler tamak!) sekarang juga! Tak boleh blah! Huhuhuhu..

    Alkisahnye, terlupa camne nak buat gulai lemak tauge.. Alih2 bukak la page ni..Skali, ambik ko! Cara masak terbaik ah! Selambe simple! Ini yang best ni, jadi x la rasa cam susah nak masak; sebenarnye senang jek tapi xnak ngan malas jek.. Wowowowowo! Kalau Bonda tau ni mesti bangga giler sebab dah rajin ke dapur & masak hahaha! :p  (tapi memang tau pun hehehehe.. :D )

    Balik cuti ni, nak try buat cupcake & cheesecake plak! Yezza! Dok makan yang order jek, nak juge la kan try buat.. Baru puas hati bior tak sedap pun isk, asalkan cube :D Tu pun kalau sempat la kan kan kan.. Cuti 3 minggu, macam lame tapi rasenye setakat neyh all dat 3 weeks tu dah occupied.. Camno tu?

     Okeh, enough of merepek... Kene sambung berkarya untuk land law assignment plak haih.. Tamao anto lambat2 utk kawan compile, semalam dah tergendala dah nk siapkan assignment hmmm.. konon2nye by hook or by crook tu isk.. :( skang ni kena BERUSAHA! AJA JAA FIGHTING! (^.^)v

Doa perlindungan untuk anak gadis & wanita

Assalamualaikum & hello blog :)

         Tadi check email (hotmail) jap and buang sume all rubbish emails yang menyemak jek kat inbox & junk. Yang paling irritating is that, post-mailure delivery yang kata those email sent by me failed. Masalah paling besar is that, I've never send those emails! WHAT THE HECK LA KANNNN!! wondering, camane perkara ni boleh berlaku? are those virus? saket hati btol!

          Hmm..xlame lepas tu klik kat folder 'Mommy'.. wondering kenapa la ada folder ni in bold xmacam few other folders.. rupe-rupenye there are few forwarded messages yang belum dibaca T_T   salah 1 nya adalah ini..

Buat renungan  dan pedoman anak ku tersayang..   

Mak sangat berharap Liana dapat menghafal dan mengamalkannya..

Menjauhi dari perkara -perkara yang mungkar..  

Manusia sekarang ramai yg bertopengkan syaitan... 

tidak lagi boleh dipercayai walaupun keluarga sendiri..... 

apalagi orang yg tidak mempunyai hubungan ape-ape dgn kita..

         Astaghfirullahalazim! Rupe2nye ni email date back on  Tuesday, 25 Sep, 2007 1: 00 PM ! OMG!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!! i was still in alpha, 2nd sem & sekarang delta 1st sem! 1 jangka masa yang terlalu lama! kebetulan, memang xdinafikan time tu mmg banyak giler email yg mak forward smpai ada yang terbaca..termasuklah yang sepenting ni hmmm..teruknya :(

        Walau bagaimanapun, alhamdulillah I'm still listening to your advices even though not all :) Dan juga, aku bersyukur kerana Allah SWT masih melindungi aku dari segala petaka dan merahmati aku.. Aku bersyukur padaMu ya Allah, dan semoga ianya berkekalan hingga ke Padang Masyar.. And today, I listened to you again Bonda for not going Cyber for Intercampus, if not, I wouldnt be able to complete my land law assignment :) There are things to be sacrifice, isnt it? :)

       Jadi untuk rakan-rakan segender, sama ada kakak, adik perempuan, rakan2, teman2, ibu2, makcik2, nenek2 semua..jika kalian membaca entri ini, ambillah peluang menghafal doa ini untuk kesejahteraan dan keselamatan ahli keluarga kita..dah mungkin juga abang2, adik2 lelaki, ayah2, pakcik2, atok2 semua may pass this to their female members for their own benefit :) it would worth till the end of the day, insyaAllah :)

       Doa ini boleh di copy&paste, print, faks, text @ email kepada yang laen2.. :) Sharing is caring :)   Tambahan Doa tersebut dibaca oleh Siti Sarah semasa zaman Nabi Ibrahim. Siti Sarah membaca doa tersebut ketika berkali-kali cuba dirogol oleh Raja yang zalim ketika itu. Menurut Ustaz Wan Sohor Bani Leman (orang Terengganu :D ) dalam kuliyyahnya, doa tersebut boleh diamalkan untuk mendapat perlindungan dari dianiaya oleh orang kafir.

I am finally done with my part for company law assignment hihihihihi!

After a quite blur time, I finally managed to think of the best way to write the script with very useful references! Sangat2 suke!!

Thank Allah! :D 

So tomorrow, I'm gonna burn it into a CD for a hardcopy as well as printing & binding at 10am :)

As for now, I'm waiting for Nora to compile all part A & B since she is the group leader :)

I wonder whether my other group members; Angellie, Roger & Colin have completed their part and send those to Nora for compilation.  

But for sure, at this time, I can enjoy sleeping! mwahahahahahhahaaha!! :D

Assignment? Na-ah!

Hola :)

It's Thursday anyway..Almost 7pm, but what I did today since morning?

Cut it short, I skipped 4hours of classs today! :( I skipped Company Law 8-10am and Equity & Class 12-2pm! For what reason? I'm spending my time focusing on company law assignment that is due tomorrow at 3pm! Actually, I planned for this hehehe..LAME! 

Oh ya, I am doing Part A with Nora where my task is to explain on the dissolution of partnership on how the procedures goes and what shall they do to put it to an end. Also, what action should the partners take to settle all the liabilities and dispose those remaining assets.

Another part is that on the effect of the incorporating a company limited by shares. Obviously, I had to deal with the memberships, shares, certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association, articles of association and bla bla bla :( As for this part, I havent complete doing it yet. I hope I am done by tonight as I need to burn it to a CD and to print it out tomorrow at campus - my printer sucks, as for the time being :( When I get bored, I play few movies. Twilight New Moon & She's the Man (my fav!) haha! Oh ya, if you guys want to download any Hollywood movies, just go to my 'famousa links' and click at the oneclickmoviez. It gives you tremendous movies you are looking for! :D

Completing the effects of incorporating is a lot. I really do think so with the details in the book with all the relevant sections and cases. Not only that, all the research done through the Internet are really bulky! But hey, this is good anyway :) I got to learn more by doing this assignment. I might have less understanding during lectures but by being assigned to this, I might have taken the necessary steps to be prepared for the real setting up a company realistically and be more ready for my final exam in 1 month time :)

Oh yes! I would like to say my thanks to my senior back in KYS, Adlan Azhar for helping me out with the task given. He is a law graduate, now a consultant to KPMG. He might not be a lawyer literally but he knows well on the procedures that need to be taken, this is merely because (as he said to me) he works for a sendirian berhad company :D Thank you dude! You're so popular in my blog now haha! :D

Okay, gotta stop for the time being. Shall take shower, ready for Maghrib and dinner before I continue completing the assignment. Oh ya, I cook daging masak merah and also my favourite sayur campur :D Yum2! I save a lot today :p Hahaha!!
